조슈아는 어릴 적 봤던 TV 채널에 출연하면 좋을 것 같다고 말했다. 그리고 2020년 1월, 그는 미국에서의 프로모션 일정을 가장 전방위에서 소통하고 팬들과 적극적으로 대화하는 모습으로 지난날 스치듯 말했던 것들을 실제로 이루고 있었다. 그런데, 무탈하게 일정을 소화하는 것으로 보였던 조슈아는 사실 월드투어 초반부터 두통과 불면증에 시달리고 있었는데…

Then as January 2020 came by, Joshua achieves what he’s aspired to do since he was young, all the while meeting fans across the board. On the surface everything seemed smooth sailing, but Joshua was suffering from headaches and insomnia since the beginning of the World Tour.
